• We provide partnership tax advice to ensure that partnership agreements are in place and suitable profit allocations are included.
• We have many farming clients and our fixed fee service includes an annual review of farmers averaging elections to check whether they are beneficial.
• Should you be in the unfortunate position to make a trading loss due to a downturn in business or substantial capital allowance claim we can advise on the best method of claim.
• We review the business regularly to check whether the accounts year end is still the most appropriate and whether a change of accounting date would be of benefit to utilise overlap reliefs.
• We are able to review your payroll procedures to ensure that your obligations for submitting forms P11D showing benefit and expenses are met and to apply for P11D Dispensations and PAYE Settlement Agreements.
